Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, IA No.12763/2025 for urgent hearing during summer vacation is allowed.

Heard on I.A.No.12759/2025 - an application for modification of the order dated 20.05.2025.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that vide order dated 20.05.2025, this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the appellant. It is submitted that in the order dated 20.05.2025, due to typographical error, in first line of para 2, date of the impugned judgment is mentioned as '09.05.2025' in place of 09.05.2022.

The error apparent on the face of record necessitates the modification as prayed for.

In view of the above, I.A.No.12759/2025 is allowed and in the order dated 20.05.2025, in place of '09.05.2025' it be read as '09.05.2022'.

The order is modified accordingly.

This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 20.05.2025.
