Learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of this petition in the light of judgment passed by Gwalior Bench of this Court in the case of Rekha Bai Vs. State of M.P. (W.P. No. 13022/2023 decided on 27/02/2024) with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the competent authority.

In the light of submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
