                                                                     ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents to register FIR against respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

Petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy in the light of the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. and Others (2008) 2 SCC 409 . Accordingly, petitioner is relegated to avail such remedy in accordance with law.

In above terms, this writ petition is disposed of.
