By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for quashing of F.I.R. No.786/16 under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of I.P.C. registered at Police Station, Kotwali Sidhi, District Sidhi.

It has been informed by Shri Ajay Tamrakar, counsel for the Government along with Ms. Shikha Baghel, Panel Lawyer that the original trial has been concluded vide judgment dated 20/12/2022.

In view of the statements so made, nothing further survives to be

adjudicated in this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
