Appeal being arguable is admitted for final hearing on the following substantial question of law :

"1. Whether the judgment and decree passed by both the court below are perverse, contrary to law and fact and therefore deserve to be set aside?

Issue notice on IA No. 4619/2021 to the respondents on payment of PF within seven working days.

Notice be made returnable within six weeks. In the meantime, both parties will maintain status quo with regard to the disputed property and no one will create any third party interest.
