Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to go through the Judgment of Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WP No.14740/2008 - order dated

18.11.2011, in which it has been held that appeals which are filed in respect of claims instituted before the MACT, before 2.4.2008 fixed court fee would be payable, whereas in respect of appeal against the awards in respect of claims filed on or before 2.4.2008, ad-valorem court fee to be paid.

Time is granted.
