                                  Shri Surendra Kumar submits that arguing counsel Shri Rahul Kumar
                           Tripathi is not available and prays for listing of this case after ensuing summer
                           vacation.

                                  There is no stay of the impugned orders Annexures P-3, P-4 and P-5.
                           Therefore, the authorities will be free to execute them in accordance with law.
                                  Pendency of this miscellaneous petition will not come in the way of the
                           authorities to execute the orders of the Board of Revenue which has upheld the
                           orders of the Sub Divisional Officer dated 16/08/2017 and Additional
                           Commissioner dated 9/03/2018.
                                  In view of such facts, private respondents will be free to execute the

judgment of Board of Revenue as the adjournment is at the instance of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid stipulation, case is adjourned. List this case in the month of September, 2024.
