This appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree passed on
23.09.2023 in Civil Suit No.03-A/2023 by the Family Court District Singrouli
Head Quarter Waidhan dismissing the suit for mandatory injunction preferred
by appellant/wife and child against respondent/respondent seeking to injunct the
pensionary benefits of respondent/husband from being defraid to any other person.
On a query made by this Court to counsel for appellant that whether dispute of the nature raised by appellant/wife falls within the four corners of any of the Clauses from (a) to (g) of Explanation in Section 7(1) of Family Court Act, time is sought and granted.
