                                Issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within seven days,

failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the bench.

He is also heard on interim relief. By placing reliance on (2003) 8 SCC 565 (M.Anasuya Devi and another Vs. M. Manik Reddy and others), it is submitted that the court below has erred in holding that in execution proceeding objection of judgment debtor can not be entertained.

Considering the aforesaid, till next date of hearing the further proceeding of EX AB 62/2018 pending before the court of Principal Judge, District Burhanpur shall remain stayed.
