This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the
following:
ORDER
This Court has disposed off the writ petition filed by the petitioner directing the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner in the light of the judgment passed in the case of Mahesh Kumar Choudhary and Ram Naresh Rawat.
2. Counsel for respondents submits that in compliance to the order passed by this court the competent authority has passed the order Annexure R/1 dated 8.4.2023 whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.
3. After hearing learned counsel for parties, I find that the order passed by this court has been complied with and no case for contempt is made out. Rule nisi is discharged. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the order dated 8.4.2023 in accordance with law.
