Counsel for State raises preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the petition on the ground that the petition is filed on behalf of the gram panchayat through Sarpanch but there is no Resolution of gram panchayat

authorising him to file the present petition. In support of his submission he places reliance on the judgment passed by the division bench in the case of Gram Panchayat Vs. Jagdish Singh Rawat 2008(3)MPLJ 127.

Counsel for petitioner prays for time to file copy of the Resolution. List in the next week.
