                         following:
                                                            ORDER

This criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 r/w Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C being aggrieved by the judgment dated 04.03.2022, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rajgarh, in MJCR No.75/2020, whereby the learned Principal Judge has allowed the application filed under Section 127 of Cr.P.C by awarding maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month to respondent.

the parties have agreed that the amount of maintenance is on lower side and it may be increased from Rs.3000/- to Rs.4000/- per month and further it is prayed that the increased amount be ordered to awarded from the date of this order.

4 . In view of the aforesaid it is directed that the impugned order of learned Principal Judge is modified to the extent that respondent will get Rs.4000/- as monthly maintenance till her re-marriage. The enhanced amount will be paid from the date of this order and remaining part of the impugned order does not warrant any interference.

5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed off.
