                                    the evidence by the learned first appellate court reverse the finding
                                    ?
                                    2 . Whether, the learned first appellate court decides the case
                                    without making necessary parties PHE & School Department ?

                                    Issue notice on admission to the respondents on payment of process fee

within seven working days by RAD mode, returnable within four weeks.

Meanwhile, the effect and operation of judgment and decree dated 10/07/2023 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
