                                 ORDER

This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 08.12.2021 passed by 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Guna in Sessions Trial No.78/2019, whereby the application under Section 65 of the Evidence Act has been allowed.

It has been informed by the office that the original Sessions Trial out of which present petition had arisen stands disposed of vide judgment dated 20.03.2023.

In the light of the aforesaid status report, nothing remains to be adjudicated further.

Petition stands disposed of.
