T his petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.266/2014 registered at Police Station Joura, District Morena (M.P.) for the offencespunishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 294, 34 of IPC and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said crime number pending before the trial court.

A s per the office/status report, the impugned proceedings stood concluded vide judgment dated 12/04/2023 delivered by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Joura, District Morena (M.P.) in RCT No.500748/2014.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this petition to address upon

and the same is hereby dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
