T his petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.62/2014 registered at Police Station Dursada, District Datia for the offenceS punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 34 of IPC and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said Crime Number i.e.1025/2014 pending before JMFC, Datia.

A s per the office/status report, the impugned proceedings stands concluded vid e judgment dated 20/01/2023 delivered by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Datia (M.P.) in RCT No.2761/2014.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this petition to address upon

and the same is hereby dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
