                                This revision coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the
                          following:
                                                             ORDER

Parties have entered into compromise and compromise application (IA No.4552/2023) under Section 320 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 147 of N.I. Act has already been filed.

We have gone through the application for compromise. Offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act is compoundable under Section 147 of the NI Act, Signature Not Verified Signed by: DEEPA MISHRA Signing time: 5/15/2023 11:24:12 AM

1881. As parties have settled their dispute and furnished the compromise application on free will without any duress, the same is allowed. Judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 16.2.2017 passed in Criminal Case No.841/2013 and order passed by the appellate judge passed in CRA No. 19/2017 dated 22.12.2018 in the case o f Shankerlal Vs. Smt. Sushila Bai by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Itarsi, District Hoshangabad are set aside and the applicant is acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of NI Act.

In view of above, IA No. 4552/2023 is allowed. Accordingly, this revision stands allowed and disposed of in Lok Adalat.

Parties shall be liable for refund of the court fees.
