IA No.6209 of 2023 is an application filed by the petitioner seeking to stay the effect and implementation of the orders dated 28.4.2023 and 1.5.2023

vide Document-C.

The said orders are to the effect that notwithstanding the interim order granted by this Court on 13.12.2021 and subsequent orders, the respondents are proceeding with the departmental enquiry by placing reliance on the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation passed in Criminal Appeal Nos. 1375-1376 of 2013. However, the learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the order dated 13.12.2021 will be complied with and no further action or proceedings will be taken against the petitioner.

His submission is placed on record.
