T his criminal revision against appellate judgment passed in Criminal
Appeal No.182/2022 (Shailendra Khare and Others Vs. Madhyapradesh Today Media Pvt. Ltd. Through Mohit Shrivastava) has been filed almost after a delay of 116 days. Application is supported by affidavit of Shailendra Khare.
Learned counsel for the respondent is present before the court and he has submitted that he has no objection if delay is condoned and applicant is permitted to pursue revision.
As respondents have pleaded no objection, for the reasons stated therein, I.A.No.9384/2023 is allowed and delay caused in presentation of revision is hereby condoned.
