                                This appeal coming on for orders on settlement. this day, JUSTICE

                          SHEEL NAGU passed the following:
                                                             ORDER

The process of settlement through mediation has been successful as per report of the Mediator dated 20.01.2023.

The present appeal filed by wife is against the judgment and decree passed u/S.9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in favour of the husband.

As per the settlement arrived at, the parties have agreed to cohabit on certain terms and conditions.

In view of the settlement having been arrived at, I.A. No.2330/2023 for withdrawal of this appeal filed by the appellant/husband is allowed after due consideration.
