Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his instructions before the trial Court evidence of both the parties has been completed and the

matter is fixed for final hearing. He prays that stay order be issued that final judgment should not be passed till the final disposal of this petition.

Both the parties heard.

Trial court is directed to proceed in the trial but final judgment should not be passed without the consent of this Court, till the pendency of this petition.
