                                                      ORDER

This revision has been filed under Section 397, 401 of the Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 22nd December, 2018 passed in Criminal Appeal No.339/2018 by the Fifth Additional Sessions Judge, Gwalior, whereby appeal filed by respondent No.1 has been allowed by holding that beside Rs.9,000/- given as maintenance to respondent No.1 and her son, she is further entitled to a sum of Rs.3,000/- for residence.

During pendency of this revision petition, the parties entered into compromise and they have jointly filed an application under Section 320 (2) of the Cr.P.C alongwith their affidavits which was registered as I.A. No.19789/2022 stating therein that they have resolved the dispute amicably and

now they do not want to continue with the present matter.

The said compromise has been verified by the Principal Registrar of this Court.

Accordingly, in view of the compromise between the parties, this revision is disposed of.
