This appeal filed under Section 372 of CrPC against the Judgment of acquittal dated 13.03.2022 in Special Case No.300001/2012 by Special Judge
(Prevention of Corruption Act) Betul is arguable and is therefore, admitted for hearing.
Since appeal is admitted for hearing, paper book be prepared so that during all the subsequent hearings even of interlocutory nature, this Court has the advantage of paper book.

Let bailable warrant be issued against the respondent No.2- Madhavram, respondent No.3-Devanand and respondent No.4-Devnath in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each for a
