Heard on the question of admission. The appeal is admitted for final hearing on the following substantial question of law:-

" Whether learned first appellate Court has erred in reversing the judgment & decree passed by learned trial Court just contrary to law settled by Supreme Court in the case of Santosh Hazari vs. Purushottam Tiwari (Dead) through Lrs. reported in (2001) 3 SCC 179 ?"

Issue notice of final hearing and I.A. No. 6430/2022 alongwith the copy of substantial question of law to the respondent 1 on payment of process fee by both modes within seven working days, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If appeal survives, list for further consideration of I.A. No.
