                                This appeal coming on for orders this day, Hon'ble Shri Justice Ravi
                          Malimath, Chief Justice passed the following:
                                                             ORDER

The report of the Mediation Centre, Jabalpur dated 05.07.2022 is placed on record. In terms whereof, the parties have decided to mutually end the relationship and settled the matter for a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-. They mutually agree to withdraw their cases which are pending in the Courts.

In view of the same, the First Appeal is allowed. The judgment and

decree dated 04.02.2020 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Sidhi in Case No.RCS-HM-89A of 2019 is set aside. The marriage of the appellant with the respondent solemnized in the year 1985 stands dissolved in terms of the report of the Mediation Centre, Jabalpur dated 05.07.2022.

The Registry to draw the decree accordingly.
