State of M.P. and others) whereby judgment dated 25.02.2020 passed in criminal complaint No.12274/2015 delivered by JMFC Jabalpur convicting the appellant for commission of offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and order of sentence of one year RI and grant of Rs. 3,23,000/- as compensation to complainant/respondent has been affirmed.
