                                             This petition coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the
                                       following:
                                                                          ORDER

Shri Ajeet Singh when informed by Shri Takmeel Nasir that respondents Signature Not Verified SAN

have sought option form which is yet not given by the petitioner then Shri Ajeet Digitally signed by MOHD TABISH KHAN Date: 2023.02.15 10:18:39 IST

Singh is in agreement that form shall be deposited within 15 days from today

and then authority shall act on the said option in accordance with the judgment of the writ Court dated 16.08.2018 and decide the claim in accordance with the judgment within further period of sixty days. In case of any grievance, petitioner will be free to take recourse to the fresh proceedings.

With this understanding, contempt proceedings are dropped. Rule Nisi issued against contemnors is discharged.
