T h e present criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the judgment dated 28.01.2023 passed by the learned trial court.

Let record of the court below be called for. Heard on I.A.No.2437 of 2023, which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail moved on behalf of the petitioner Bhagwan Singh Yadav.

In view of the short sentence of 6 months, I.A.No.2437 of 2023 is allowed. His sentence is suspended. It is directed that the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

List the case on 27.03.2023 at the top of the list for final disposal at motion hearing stage C.C. as per rules.
