Earlier on 13.10.2022 learned counsel for the applicant had prayed time to confirm whether the compensation awarded vide impugned judgment has been deposited or not however, today also he has not confirmed the same.

In view of the above, it is directed that if learned counsel for the applicant will not place his confirmation regarding the payment of compensation awarded by the Trial Court, this matter shall be dismissed as not maintainable.
