                                T h is petition coming on for orders this day, t h e cou rt passed the
                          following:
                                                              ORDER

The present petition is arising out of order dated 6.5.2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 7489/2016 by which this Court directed the respondents to take decision on the petitioner's representation in the light of judgment of this Court in State of M.P. and others v. Hari Ram and others [2008 (3) MPHT 274].

2. Respondents have filed compliance report along with copy of order Signature Not Verified Signed by: VIVEK KUMAR TRIPATHI Signing time: 8/16/2023 5:14:06 PM

dated 30.12.2020 by which the representation of the petitioner was turned down. The reply of the petition was filed way back on 11.1.2021 has not been controverted by the petitioner as yet by filing any rejoinder.

3. Therefore, in view of the order dated 30.12.2020 filed along with compliance report, nothing survives to be dealt with in the petition, inasmuch as, decision on representation of the petitioner has already been taken. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to the appropriate proceedings if he is aggrieved by order dated 30.12.2020 contained in Annexure R-1.

4. With the aforesaid liberty petition stands disposed of.
