This appeal was admitted for final hearing on 03.09.2022 and counsel appearing on behalf of respondent 3 was granted time to file reply of pending I.As. Thereafter, again on 26.09.2022, the counsel was granted time to file reply

of application under Order 39 rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC (I.A. no.7479/21), but no reply has been filed so far.

In view of the order of admission and in the light of judgment since reported in the case of Maharwal Khewaji Trust (Regd.), Faridkot vs. Baldev Dass (2004) 8 SCC 488, the parties are directed to maintain status- quo with regard to alienation of the suit property, till decision of this appeal.

Accordingly, I.A. no.7479/21 is disposed off/closed. List for final hearing in due course.
