Heard on I.A. No.6644/2022, an application for impleadment of Prabhu @ Ballu S/o. Naharsingh Bhil as appellant No.2 in this appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has received instructions from the Legal Aid Services Authority to file appeal on behalf of

Ganpat and Prabhu against the judgment dated 24.2.2022 passed by Special Judge, (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act in S.T. No.58/2019. He submits that by mistake the name of Prabhu 2 Ballu has been left in the array of appellants.

On due consideration, I.A. No.6644/2022 is allowed. Necessary correction in the memo of appeal be carried out during the course of the day.
