It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that on 30.09.2020

a written complaint was made to police outpost that she had objected to

the act of the applicant in passing through her field and on that issue, the

applicant had assaulted and abused the complainant. Her statements were

also recorded. On the next day, she was also medically examined. On the

next day, i.e., on 01.10.2020 applicant was arrested under Sections 107

and 116 of CrPC and he was produced before the Executive Magistrate

and he was released. It is submitted that it appears that thereafter on

02.10.2020 further allegation was made against the applicant and other

two co-accused persons that the applicant had committed rape on

30.09.2020 in the field itself. It is submitted that the prosecutrix is in

habit of making false allegation and has filed I.A. No.10230/2021 along

with copies of certain judgments.

Counsel for the State as well as counsel for the complainant pray

for and are granted a week's time to file reply to I.A. No.10230/2021.

List the case in the week commencing 20.06.2022.
