                                            Th is appeal coming on for HEARING this day, the court passed the
                                      following:

None for both the parties even upto 4:00 P.M, in the second round. Upon listing the case for hearing on 22-08-2019 also, none appeared and this court passed an order that if, on the next date, parties will not appear then, appropriate strict order will be passed.

Again on 01-12-2021, none appeared for the parties and matter was adjourned. Today also, nobody appeared.
