This appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 31.03.2022 passed by Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption) Act in SC LOK No.05/2018, whereby learned Special Judge found the appellant guilty for the

offence punishable under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) r/w 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years and four years with fine of Rs.2000/- each with default clause.

According to new Roster matters with regard to Anti-Corruption have been assigned to another Bench, so office is directed to examine and list the matter on 27.06.2022 before appropriate Bench.
