This appeal has been filed under Section 378 of Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 27/2/2013 passed by Fast Track Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhopal in R.T. No.6690/2011, whereby learned JMFC has rejected the applicant's complaint and acquitted the respondent from the charge punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

Now the respondent is directed to furnish bail bonds for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) to the satisfaction of the CJM, Bhopal for his appearance before the CJM, Bhopal on 24/8/2022 and on such further dates as may be fixed in this behalf by the CJM during the pendency of this appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent also seeks and is granted time to argue the matter.
