This appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 11/11/2021 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Distt. Chhindwara (M.P.) in Special Trial No.200001/2016 whereby learned Special Judge found the appellant guilty for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the IPC and sentenced him to

undergo R.I. for six months with fine of Rs.1,000/- with default clause.

It is alleged that said offence was committed on 11/11/2015 and learned trial Court sentenced him six months R.I. while under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code minimum jail sentence is prescribed one year, so Principal Registrar (Vigilance) is directed to call the explanation from concerned Special Judge in this regard though Principal District Judge, Chhindwara.
