When This Court directed the respondent's counsel to file the judgment, it was apprised that the relevant file is

not available in the Court below.

Registry of this Court is directed to take effective steps to obtain the record of Civil Suit No.382-A/2017 within seven working days.

If necessary, a messenger be appointed. If no response is received from the Court below, the Registry shall issue notice to the Court below as to why the said record is not sent to this Court.
