Counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299- Asian Resurfacing of Road
Agency Private Limited and another Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation, petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is also maintainable against framing of charge.
Considering the aforesaid, the objection raised by the Registry is ignored. List this matter in the next week for hearing on admission.
