I.A. No.5332/2021, which is an application under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC, which has been filed for impleadment of Smt. Shanti Sahu, who

purchased part of the disputed property from defendant No.1 vide registered sale deed dated 07/09/2019 i.e. after passing of the judgment and decree in question, certainly her rights shall be governed by the provisions of Section 52 of the T.P. Act.

As none appears for appellant to press this I.A. and the learned counsel for the proposed respondent No.3 opposes the prayer for her impleadment, therefore, I.A. No.5332/2021 is dismissed.

Accordingly, I.A. No.5332/2021 is disposed of.
