counsel for the respondent No.2.

Shri Satish Verma, learned counsel for the respondent No.3/University. Heard.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties agreed that this petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent No.3/University to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take a final decision by taking into account the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.26353/2021 (Oriental College, Amarwada vs. The State of M.P. & Others) decided on 06.01.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.3/University prays for four weeks' time to undertake the aforesaid exercise whereas counsel for the petitioner submits that it is on a higher side.

Considering the aforesaid, we deem it proper to dispose of this petition by directing the University to take a final decision on the petitioner's grievance regarding affiliation within a period of three weeks' from today by taking into account the judgment of this Court in Oriental College's case (supra). The respondent shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within the aforesaid time. Needless to emphasize that if the University comes to a conclusion that the petitioner's case is similar to that of Oriental College, Amarwada (supra), they shall follow the principle of parity and pass an appropriate similar order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction and without expressing any opinion on the

merits of the case, the petition is disposed of.
