T h is petition coming on for admission this day, JUSTICE SHEEL
NAGU passed the following:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the rival parties are at consensus that a matter involving similar public interest cause, bearing W.P. No. 12202/2020 (Ravindra Nath Tripathi Vs. The State of M.P. and others) was finally disposed of by D.B. No. I on 15/02/2022 in the following terms :-
"The plea of the petitioner is with regard to the compliance of Signature Not Verified SAN the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Writ Petition (CRL) No. 68 of 2016 in the case of Youth Bar Association of India Vs. Union of India and others reported in AIR 2016 SC Digitally signed by NAVEEN NAGDEVE Date: 2022.02.25 13:24:56 IST
4136. In terms whereof, the reply has also been filed.
Presently, it is brought to our notice that the High Court on administrative side has passed an order directing compliance of the aforesaid judgment and in order to ensure that all the FIRs are uploaded in the website. The said direction has been issued some time last week.
In view of the same, the plea of the petitioner having been answered, no further orders are called for.
Petition is accordingly disposed off."
The order dated 15/02/2022 passed in W.P. No. 12202/2020 applies mutatis mutandis for disposal of the present petition, which accordingly stands disposed of.
