                                            Mr.Sonali Biswas, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent-State.

The case is pending since the year 2017 and notices have not yet been issued in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was appointed as a

Typist in the department of Veterinary Sciences. He is claiming seniority on the basis of the adhoc services rendered by him which period has not been taken into reckoning by fixing his seniority. The petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing W.P. No.8324/2016, which was disposed of vide order dated 29.07.2016 with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation and a direction to the respondent to decide his representation within 90 days. Thereafter, the representation was rejected by the respondent on 13.01.2017 against which the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

The State has not filed any reply till date. The learned counsel for the petitioner is relying upon the judgment of Bherusingh vs State of Madhya Pradesh & ors. (1987) JLJ 530 in order to support his contentions.

Since respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 are represented by the learned Panel Lawyer for the State, issue notices to the respondent Nos.5 to 9 on payment of process fee within a period of seven days by both modes.

Notices be made returnable within a period of four weeks. List the case on 19.04.2022.
