However, he is granted time to examine same. List this matter in the week commencing 14.03.2022 so as to consider the fact whether the issue involved in this case is covered with the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench or the same is covered with the

issue already referred and pending final adjudication before the Larger Bench.
