         Shri Daya Ram Rahul, learned counsel for the appellants.
         Shri B.P.S.Chauhan, learned P.P. for respondent/State.

Heard on the question of admission.

Perused the impugned judgment.

Appeal being arguable, is admitted for final hearing.

Also heard on IA No.33719/2021 under Section 389(1) of CrPC filed on behalf of appellants No.1 to 4 for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Appellants No.1,2 and 4 have been convicted under Sections 324, 324/34, 324/34 and 325/34 of IPC and sentenced to undergo three years R.I. with fine of Rs.2000/- each respectively with default stipulation. Appellant No.3 has been convicted under Sections 325, 324, 324/34 and 324/34 of IPC a n d sentenced to undergo three years R.I. with fine of Rs.2000/- each respectively with default stipulation.

It is submitted by Counsel for the appellants that the trial Court has already suspended jail sentence of the appellants. Fine amount have already been deposited. Disposal of the appeal will take some time.

On the other hand, the application is opposed by the Counsel for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considered the fact that the jail sentence of the appellants has been suspended by the Trial Court, IA No.33719/2021 is allowed. On depositing the fine amount (if not deposited by the appellants), the remaining execution of jail sentence of appellants No. 1 to 4 shall remain suspended and they shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each to the satisfaction of trial Court for

their appearance before the Registry of this Court on 13th July, 2022 and on all other subsequent dates as may be fixed by the office.
