"1. Whether learned first appellate Court has erred in reversing the judgment and decree passed by learned trial Court just contrary to the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Santosh Hazari Vs. Purushottam Tiwari (2001) 3 SCC 179 ?

2. Whether learned first appellate Court has erred in dismissing the suit as barred by limitation ?"

As respondents are already represented therefore no notice of final hearing is required to be issued.

Also heard on I.A.No.1790/2019, which is an application for stay. In the light of order of admission passed today by this Court interim

order granted on 19.03.2019 is made absolute and I.A.No.1790/2019 is disposed of/closed.
