On 12.3.2021 and 7.9.2021 also no one was present on behalf of appellant Respondents have filed an application for vacating stay vide I.A.No.1872/2021.

Vide order dated 5.7.2004 while calling the record of the Courts below, this Court has stayed the execution of the impugned decree as to delivery of possession part from the receiver for the period of three months. Thereafter vide order dated 3.11.2004, this appeal was admitted on substantial questions of law and notice were also issued to the respondents but stay has not been continued.

Application for bringing deceased Champalal was filed on record that was allowed on 11.4.2011. Therefore, it is clear from entire order sheet that there is no stay in favour of the appellant in respect of execution of judgment and decree.

Hence, no order is required for passing any order on I.A.No.1872/2021.

I.A.No.1872/2021 is accordingly disposed of. List this appeal for final hearing.
