              Learned counsel for State informs that another Criminal Appeal
No.2594/2021 is pending assailing the same impugned judgment of conviction
which was already admitted on 08.09.2021.

              Considering the aforesaid, this court deems it fit to grant leave to
appeal. Let accompany memo of appeal be registered as criminal appeal.
              Heard on the question of admission of appeal.
              Being arguable, this appeal is admitted for final hearing.
              Let bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.25,000/- be issued against the
respondents for securing their presence before this Court on a date to be

fixed by the Office.
