Shri Amit Singh Sisodia, learned Government Advocate for the
respondent/State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is serving
as Assistant Teacher has come to the Court seeking regular pay scale from the date of initial appointment. He relied upon the judgment of this Court in the case of Madhukant Yadu and 56 others Vs. State of M.P., & others in O.A.No.2745/1989 decided on 24/08/1992 and makes a limited prayer for consideration of his representation.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to decide the petitioner's representation (if not already decided) in the light of the aforesaid judgment, in accordance with law.
It is made clear that this Forum has not expressed any opinion on the
merits of the case.
