                 This contempt petition has been filed complaining non-

         compliance of order dated 13/02/2012 passed in W.P.No.1110/2012.

                 Compliance report has been filed and the applicant has been

         extended the benefit of Sthaikarmi by order dated 21/11/2017.

                 Accordingly, this contempt petition is disposed of with liberty

         to the applicant that in the light of judgment passed by Supreme

         Court in the case of Ram Naresh Rawat Vs. Ashwini Ray reported

         in 2017 (3) SCC 436, if his right has not been addressed by the

         respondents, then he shall have liberty to file a fresh petition for

redressal of his grievance.
